We at BioMojo LLC (“BioMojo” or “We”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. While we collect little user data, this policy sets out the types we do collect and how we treat and protect your data.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“personal information”) as follows:

We do not collect any information automatically through our website, social media, or newsletter. That includes usage data, cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or similar assets. However, the website does integrate Google Analytics, which means Google may collect cookies and other trackers as part of its services, such as the Google Chrome web browser.

The only information we will receive from you is the information you provide us, either through the email address listed above, the contact form on our website, when responding to a posted career opportunity with us, or through our social media channels. When you interact with us on our social media accounts, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, the information collected is governed by the privacy policies of the relevant platform.

Third Party Information Collection

Some features of the Services are served by third parties. When you use the Services, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include the providers listed below (“Third-Party Services”). These Third-Party Services process your information for the purpose of providing the relevant services which are incorporated into our Services. The Personal Data that we receive from Third-Party Services is covered by this privacy policy, while their processing of your information is covered by their privacy policy. • Google Analytics: Google Analytics will be running in the background of the BioMojo site. Accordingly, Google may collect cookies, trackers, or similar information through its services, which will be governed by Google’s privacy policy for the relevant service. BioMojo will be able to access this information through Google Analytics, but BioMojo will not retain the information or store it directly.
• Our Social Accounts: Our website will link to our social media accounts, but our website will otherwise not contain social media integrations. When you interact with us on our social media accounts, for example, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter, the information collected is governed by the privacy policies of the relevant social media platform.

We may aggregate personal information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with prospective business partners.

Personal Information Rights for California Residents

Shine the Light: Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, (the "Shine The Light" law), California residents who use the Services may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

Minors: California residents who have an account with us and who are under 18 years of age have the right to request deletion of any data that such users post on the Services, if any. To request deletion of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the Services do not publicly display the data, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems, such as archives or backups required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

CHILDREN

Our Services are not directed to or intended for children who are under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. This in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
